Enhancing Vocational Skills with Digital Language Education
Abstract The rapid advancement of digital technologies has brought about transformative changes in education, particularly in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). This paper explores the role of digital language education in enhancing vocational skills, specifically focusing on the integration of English and French language learning in TVET programs. With globalization driving demand for multilingual professionals, proficiency in both English and French has become a significant asset in various industries. Through the use of digital tools such as language learning apps, online courses, and virtual classrooms, TVET institutions can provide learners with flexible, accessible and engaging language education. This research investigates how digital language education fosters better communication skills, improves employability and enhances the vocational competence of students. By exploring case studies and examples from different TVET institutions, this paper highlights the potential of digital platforms to bridge language gaps, promoting career opportunities for graduates in the global job market.
